Beechcraft 99

The Beechcraft 99 "Airliner" is powered by two Pratt and Whitney PT6-20 turbine engines.

Our Beechcraft 99 commuter turbroprop is ideally suited for flying passengers between communities with short gravel airstrips such as those in many parts of Alaska. Our 8 passenger seating configurations give great legroom and a great view of Alaska on the way to your favorite lodge. The twin turbine engines mean we can cruise at 240 miles per hour with 'all weather' capibilities.

The Beech 99 can be configured for passengers, cargo or both. Belly mounted cargo pods can accomodiate long items up to 10'.  It's ideal for fish boxes too!  The above group enjoyed a day at Middleton Island with all their gear in complete comfort.

Our passenger configuration provides excellent legroom, a superb view and room for ALL the baggage that lodge-goers may want to carry. For Safe and Efficient Air Service please give TransNorthern a call at 907-245-1879 to discuss your specific passenger or cargo requirements! If you prefer fill out our Charter Quote form and we'll respond as soon as possible.
